We started working with Lullaby Milk in Autumn 2016 as they wanted to grow their online presence and showcase their unique sleep-inducing milk to a targeted audience across the Republic of Ireland to increase product sales. The challenge for us was build online awareness and followers from a very low level and drive sales growth.
What We Did
We looked at the milk’s USP’s and built specific themed social media content around these. Our targeting included using Facebook to target parents with young children who were having difficulty sleeping as this product is 100% natural. In one week alone we added 850 new page ‘likes’.
We used Twitter, and specifically 'Twitter Hours' to build general awareness and reach up to 100,000 accounts in Ireland per week, also using Google Adwords to target people who were struggling to sleep and were searching specific terms related to this - we achieved a click-through-rate of over 6% vs 2% average.
In the clients own words "I have never seen a response like this ever, it’s been phenomenal". One post reached over 55,000 people for just a €49 spend. Sales have grown exponentially and the client has now stopped using traditional forms of media which were not working in favour of working with us to expand their business online.
